Thriftero may record activity within the platform, such as clicks on promotions or links. If you add a link to a third-party platform, such as Instagram, Thriftero may direct visitors there or suggest they follow your account, but Thriftero does not verify whether any follow, purchase, redemption, or other action took place outside the platform.

What we do not verify from third-party platforms

Thriftero does not request or verify audience metrics, follows, or other actions from Instagram or other third-party platforms.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate Thriftero, such as hosting, infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, security, or support tools. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the platform, or investigate abuse.

Email preferences

Marketing or product-update emails are optional. You can unsubscribe from those messages using the unsubscribe link included in the email. Transactional emails that are necessary to operate your account, such as login codes or account notices, are not marketing emails.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. Some records may remain in backups, logs, or internal systems for a limited period even after account deletion or deactivation.

Account deletion

You can request account deletion from your dashboard when that option is enabled. Deleting an account may remove or disable your public profile and related content, but some records may be retained for operational, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or legal reasons.

Children

Thriftero is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
